Performed annual ac maintenance on a 13 yr old split Trane heat pump, laundry room and side yard. Visual inspection noticed electrical compartment full of spider webs, cleaned and tested parts. Electrical wiring ok. No burnt wires or loose wires. Tested capacitors 80@78 ok 5. Also system doesn’t have a dedicated surge protector. Left quotes for both. Tested system refrigerant r22, cooler house and day, pressures look good, see pictures. Gave unit a good bath. Outside coils clean, checked disconnect where repairs where made inside looks good.
