Performed annual heating maintenance Orangevale. on a 9 yr old Day & Night split system garage/laundry room. System operational. Checked filters. Looked at overall condition of system, it has or has had some ac issues when it comes to drainage. The unit is starting to rust. See pictures. Cleaned burners as best I could, cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressure. Looked at blower capacitor 10@9.9, and blower motor and Wheel look ok not dirty. Biggest question/issue is the water? Also concerned with slope of drain line next to unit. One of the return air filter grills is missing its grill part. Resealed the evap coil door with tape.
