Technician will use auger to attempt to clear blockage. technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a toilet backing up. Client said it is the only toilet in the home and he believes it was just too much toilet paper that's blocking it. Technician presented for option for an augering and client accepted. Technician use 6-ft auger to attempt to clear and after snaking for approximately 5 minutes technician was able to successfully clear blockage. Ignition tested toilet with client. Technician cleaned work area and collected signatures with payment.
