AC not cooling Goodman split system diagnostic turned on system found condenser fan motor not running. tested electronics found bad capacitor. Repair replaced capacitor Completed diagnostic amp draws of the fan motor and compressor good, contactor good, refrigerant charge low with current temperatures and pressures indicate system needs to be recharged. A system charged to manufacture specifications will cool properly and more efficiently.
