Found shower valve in hall bath only producing cold water, shower valve in master bathroom has a small drip recommended to replace both shower valves gaining access from the master bath closet and installing two plastic access panels. Found the water heater in the attic is leaking we are returning next week to eliminate that water heater cap the cold water feed and gas running a three-quarter pex line from the water heater in the garage towards the hotline in the attic turning two systems into one.
