Customer has a toilet that is leaking from the bottom and is very old, he has purchased another toilet that he wants installed. Upon talking to the tenant I determined that they also have a sewer clogg that only effects the toilet and the lavatory sink. Presented a customer supplied toilet install and while the toilet is removed we can snake the sewer line as well. pulled the old toilet and cleared out the carpet on the ground in the bathroom, ran the snake down the toilet and cleared the line, pulled back some roots. Presented the option to camera the line but the customer denied that service at this time. Installed the new toilet with new wax ring, shimmed the bottom of the toilet to secure the connection to the toilet flange. Turned the water on and there were no leaks, flushed the toilet multiple times and there are n issues at this time.
