This proposal is for the entire repipe of Clients domestic potable water system. Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating, & Air will furnish and install all labor and materials necessary to complete the following scope of work: - Protect Clients belongings - Pull permits and stand inspections (up to two) - Shut off water to home to accommodate install - Access basement and crawl spaces to accommodate install - Cut out all hot and cold PEX pipe from under home - Run new type L copper in crawl spaces and basement to all existing connections, per code - Strap new copper pipe, per code - Dispose of all old removed plumbing properly - Clean work area of all excess spoils and debris - Collect payment and pull off ***Techs fully explain process and cost to homeowner.
