Performed annual ac maintenance, split system Lennox, 8 yrs old. Tested system operational at this time. Visual inspection of equipment no standing water attic, system draining ok. Visual inspection of electrical wiring ok at this time. Contactor pitted starting to burn, keep an eye on it. Refrigerant pressures ok for now. Gave unit a good bath back side of unit pretty dirty. Went over whole house fan options and left quote for adding one.
