Performed diagnostic on 31 yr heat pump split attic side yard. Found system holding refrigerant for now. Found system cooling master bathroom just not anywhere else. Found system running heat strips at the same time as the ac... removed wire to heat strips to stop the system from fighting itself and system is cooling at this time. Tested heat working well stopped it when system was producing 90 degree air after only a few mins. Signing up for the maintenance plan for a years worth of maintenance since this system has not been properly maintainedl
