Install new gas Bradford white 40 gallon water heater with water heater pan, expansion tank, supply lines, gas valve, earthquake straps, removal and disposal of old water heater. Tied the drain pan into the existing 1in pvc in the floor . I was told by Michael at our office but this is a billable customer did not collect
