Performed diagnostic found that Swamp cooler has destroyed bearing. Need to replace bearing to fix system. Also recommend replacing the water pads at the same time. Need to find motor bearing for unit. See pictures. System has 2 bearing, we should replace, both... also all 4 pads are in rough shape recommend replacing those as well. Took down model information will call tomorrow morning with price and availability once we know more. Client needs it ASAP Recommend resigning back up on the commercial pro plan.
