Maintenance manager Will showed me the four 100 gallon commercial water heaters they have and two are not running. They want one replaced for now as backup to the other two that are running, he wants customer supplied and we supply the water heater prices. He also has two 100 gallon tanks that are dead sitting off on the side he might want removed as well. Emailed the estimates and if he approves we will have to run back out to get a thorough parts list and figure out how long before the water heater arrives.
