Visual inspection of electrical (good) no burnt or overheated wire connections, Control board shows some wear fracture cracks starting on solder joints. Same as last inspection haven’t gotten worse. blower motor capacitor test at 9.3 just below manufacturers tolerance allowed +/- .6% = 9.4, Tested amp draws (good), Flame sensor reading 2.5 (good) Burners clean, Heater safeties good, Gas pressure 3.38 just below manufactures specifications Adjusted to MFG specs of 3.5 part of heating maintenance, ohms reading of hot surface igniter 74.3 Recommend repairs replacement of capacitor to prevent problems with blower motor if capacitor was to completely fail. Possible problems that can occur control board failure due to water corrosion on control board and or fracture cracks becoming bad connections
