Customer has a 13 year old 75 gallon water heater that is not working correctly, upon diagnosis there is a recirculation pump attached to the unit. The hot side connection is about to snap, and the tank is leaking on the inside of the water heater and starting to fill up the drip pan. Highly recommend this unit is replaced before it causes water damage to the home and the recirculation pump should be changed out as well. Customer had to leave and so i emailed the estimates to her and they will contact us when they decide to have us do the work.
