Met with maintenance manager, unit 103 has a leaking water heater from the bottom. Customer supplied the water heater, during installation we had to rework the copper and venting to meet the new water heater sizing. Installed new gas valve and flex line, tightened the straps down. T&P is not the same and could not be re-attached to the piping coming out of the wall, customer is responsible for pulling a permit which was requested by the maintenance manager Frank. Turned the water on with no leaks, turned the gas on and the water heater is working perfectly.
