Upon arrival the maintenance man said that water had been leaking down onto the drywall below where the waste and over flow are located at. He had cut the drywall out. I Filled the tub and ran for several moments while observing the waste and overflow without any signs of leaks. I filled the tub up and dropped the water under pressure and there is still no leak. I forced water through the overflow and no leaks. After visually inspecting the upstairs unit in #30 the wall around the tub has caulking missing in several places. Removed old caulking and re caulked the front side of tub.
