Would need to install remove and disposal of old equipment. Permit and title 24 requirements. Would install new air conditioning condenser and evap coil. Run new lineset under home. Run new drain line under home. Ran new electrical high-voltage due to existing power wire not big enough remove and disconnect existing ductwork for ammonia chiller AC system reconnected ductwork to Plenum as mobile home system was designed removing the excess ducts creating a high static pressure on system. To install evap coil had to modify front access door, modified drain port taped and sealed coil door sealed existing wall penetrations.
