technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a dishwasher blockage. Technician met with client sister who also lives in the home. client reported when she ran the dishwasher it began to back up into the sink. technician believes the blockage is in the garbage disposal or P-trap and recommends a garbage disposal clearing. Client agreed technician disassembled garbage disposal and P-trap. Technician found an excessive amount of food putting garbage disposal at once was cause of blockage. technician cleared blockage and reassembled P-trap. Technician tested to ensure no leaks.
