Moen did not give the customer a new cartridge, i discussed with the customer that they needed a new cartridge. Discussing the issue for a bit I recommended a new Kholer pull down faucet and the customer greed with the work. Removed the old faucet and installed the new Kholer k780-VS and a chrome sink hole cap, test the faucet and it works perfectly. Customer had parts for her dishwasher, determined the parts and what it took to replace and decided to do the work. Removed the door and the old faulty soap dispenser, installed the new dispenser and tightened the door back on.
