Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a leak coming up from the floor. Technician discovered home to be a single story on a slab foundation. Client showed technician to master bedroom or technician noticed water seeping up between the floorboards approximately 6 ft from a wall shared with the master bathroom. Technician attempted to locate water meter but was unsuccessful. Technician recommends to client the next step be an electronic leak locate. Technician confirmed with office and referred clients to on the spot leak location. Client will use their services and then contact us for service.
