Performed ac tune up special, York split system. Older, can’t get age due to sun fading but appears to be original. Disconnect has date of 1998. Furnace is from 2003, System is 17 yrs old, operational at this time. Nest eco thermostats, zoned 2 story home. Contactor pitted and starting to burn. Dual capacitor so rusted can’t tell it’s size. @ 32.7-4.9... tried to get size off of compressor not listed. Condenser fan motor vibration. Condenser fan mount smashed. R22 refrigerant, holding pressure. 70/190. Exterior refrigerant lines suction side uninsulated. Concrete pad poured right up to unit. Some of the condenser fins are smashed. Washed condenser coils with water. Filter 20-36-1 due to be changed. In attic we have black flex ducts sealed. Found unit is separating between the supply plenum and the ac coil. Air flow in room effected by being the farthest run from plenum. Due to age and shape of system recommend replacement instead of repairs. Future repairs Contactor, dual capac
