Although Stephen and Decota were nice and courteous , I fill like this is a company that is only interested in upselling job and getting good ratings online. I was asked at least 5 times in the total time of 30-40 minutes that I spent with Stephen. I do feel like he is a good person , I just feel like his company has too much emphasis on upselling.We are not satisfied with this job. We had 2 pumps installed, yet did not receive any training or written information about these pumps. We did not receive a written or verbal warranty. My husband ( who is sick) swept up mud and loose gravel ,And smooth out the concrete, after they left. I don’t feel like it’s very neat or professional looking work And the way the water was piped out of basement, has it running right across driveway hill. And with these temps , is causing ice to form right on the hill.And this job was extremely expensive, we fill like we did not get what we paid for.
