Very nice and helpful. The invoice and diagnosis explained things a little better than I understood them in person. A recommendation was made to replace a part that has not given us any more trouble since the repair. I would like to see more preventative measures taken and advice for upkeep before jumping to suggestions of replacement. Otherwise, good service and customer care.
