We had a problem with the unit that cools the first floor of our house, during the busy (hot) summer season. They made us a priority - the women in the office were very helpful - gave us a service window, and the technician, Billy Dunlap, showed up during the early part of that time frame. He promptly found the issue, repaired it, and had the unit working again in almost no time. We were very happy, and are totally satisfied with everything that Custom Air did to fix our a/c system.
