Your service tech came out and install some new equipment I ask about the size of the filter was a he told me 16 x 21. But I can’t find any‘s 16 x 21 locally if you’re going to to hardware stores and Lowe’s and then I find out that it’s not 16 x 21 at 16 and three eights x 21 1/2 I got a Byam online but I do get some the next day but when I go to put the other one in there’s equipment in there they just got to sort of sort of flopping around so the technician did come out this morning and he re-magnetize them so at least there a fixed now I’m not just bouncing around but I’m I’m OK with it now but I wasn’t please with how we got here
