My AC failed late one afternoon and Garrett showed up early that evening to evaluate the issue. We determined the best approach was to replace the 15 year old heating and AC unit. The next day Garrett provided 2 temporary window units to keep us comfortable. The following day, Garrett and a crew removed the old heating and AC and replaced it with a new more efficient unit. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and service provided by Cypress Creek AC and Heat.
