From Joan, who took my call and sent somebody right away, to Alex who was very courteous and knowledgeable about the problem, and also to the extra mile they went to call the manufacturer for warranty possibilities. Can’t say enough about how my AC was repaired and it’s in the middle of a heat wave. Great Job!

Ubaldo went over and above performing a routine checkup on my heating and cooling system today. He checked everything carefully and even went up in the attic to increase the airflow into my study.
