Our Heat/Air stopped working on New Year's Day. Luckily, it wasn't Christmas Day when the temps were 7 degrees. We knew it would be a day or two since it was New Year's weekend, but the temps were moderate, so we weren't in need of immediate service. We left a message for Dale's on Sunday and were contacted by Dale's the next working day at 9 am promptly. Within one hour, Andrew T. showed up at our house and quickly found that our disconnect box had melted. Andrew T. was excellent and highly knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the problem to us and was very personable. He had the part available and since we are part of Dale's Comfort Club we received 15% off the repairs. We have had nothing but good experiences with Dale's and their technicians and office workers are awesome!
