I was promised that a technician would come out to assess my AC problem between 2-4:00 on the day that I called. I received a phone call, as promised, when the technician was on his way to my house, and Eric arrived shortly after the telephone call. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and the charge was very reasonable.
