A/C Technician Nick was amazing and offered options. Was going to go with a complete new system. Plumbing Technician only wanted to go the highest price option and replace everything. Frank (owner) was less that pleasant to deal with and yelled at me and decided they were going to walk away from both the plumbing and A/C jobs - over $8,000. Frank did not seem to have a problem with his employees urinating on a customer's house!!! Yes - I walked out to see how things were going and found plumbing technician urinating on the brick exterior of my house.

Daniels Air and Plumbing is very sorry we could not meet the customer’s expectations. Our company strives to make every customer happy and we go out of our way to do so. All new installs and service calls are followed up by what we call “Happy Calls” to make sure that the customer was happy with everything. I tried to explain to the customer what needed to be done before work started and she was very argumentative. The exiting gas line that was leaking was in poor condition and it was felt for safety reasons the line needed to be replace and not just repaired. Atmos had turned the gas off due to the leak. I wanted to make sure that the broken gas line was fix properly to ensure this customer’s safety. She did not agree with what was being recommended to her. I never raised my voice to her and kindly explained the process of replacing the broken gas line vs. repairing it due to the poor condition it was in. As far as the HVAC system, the homeowner contracted with our company to have the HVAC system changed out, after having another company come out to work on her system. After, several conversations with the homeowner it was felt that Daniels Air and Plumbing was not going to meet the homeowner’s expectations, therefore, I felt it was in the best interest to cancel all work. I am happy that she could find someone to complete the work to her expectations and wish her the best.
