I had Dayton install a new hvac system in my house back in August 2019. Installation was quick, prices were reasonable compared to competitors, but customer service has been consistently fantastic. My outside unit started making a really loud vibrating noise in June 2020 and they sent someone the next day to check. He was unable to reproduce the noise, so when it happened again later in the week, Ricky came as soon as he could after his last call and quickly figured out how to reproduce the noise. After testing all the connections on the inside & outside units, he narrowed it down to my 4+ year old Nest thermostat. He rewired the the connections and changed a couple settings that should keep the problem from coming back. Even though he had to come out of his way at the end of the day before going home, Ricky had a great attitude, was extremely thorough & knowledgeable. He wore his mask the whole time, took his shoe covers on/off when coming in & out, and still made time to chat with us while waiting to make sure the AC was working properly. A+

We are on the maintenance program, and have had no issues. We love our AC that Dayton installed and it has been perfect, with a 20 year warranty - cannot be beat!!!
