Technician installed a vent booster fan, made sure it was working properly and cleaned up after himself. Very conscientious during these Covid-19 times.

I did a call back service on a home that has had humidity in it since we did a tune up. Upon arrival I discovered that the refrigerator cap was left slightly off and added .15 of refrigerant to the sub cooling. Did not find any other issues, system was operational at the time of departure.
I performed a call back install for a customer who stated that she had water in her duct work. Upon arrival I discovered that there was no issues within the system, but there was a leak in the water line to the refrigerator supply. I advised the customer to call a plumber for this job. System was operational at the time of departure.

I went to the customer's home to install a 95% gas furnace and coil. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17" and a Five Star 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.
I provided a diagnostic service call. Upon arrival I put refrigerant in the unit and a easy deal direct inject. System was operational at the time of departure.
I performed a tune up on a 2019 air conditioning unit. Upon arrival I found water buildup around the furnace and the suction line was frozen, there was also water below the motor . I removed the dirty filer and put a new one in. Since the line was frozen we will have have to come back out 24 hours after departure to give the unit time to unthaw and find the issue.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a older system and found a dirty filter, blown capacitor and the compression ratio is failing. I recommended that the customer replaces the unit because of the age and condition.
