I did a full install on a Carrier Air Conditioning System and a Carrier Gas Furnace. This install included a new furnace, thermostat, required venting, required electrical, required gas piping, required duct adjustment, New Air Conditioner Condenser, A-Coil, line set or flush, Pad, Outdoor Disconnect and the removal of old Equipment. Also a new Air Conditioner Condenser, A-Coil, line set or flush, Pad, Outdoor Disconnect and the removal of old Equipment.
I did a half install on a Five Star Air Conditioning unit. This install included a new Air Conditioner Condenser, A-Coil, line set or flush, Pad, Outdoor Disconnect, Removal of old Equipment, Tax and Installation Complete. System was up and running at the time of departure.
After removing the Trane air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a York Atlas gas furnace. Determined that the filter needed replaced. Went over options with the customer.
