After removing the air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

I found heavy corrosion and hot spots in the heat exchanger and I found exhaust filled with ice and it had become disconnected. I secured concentric piping and system fired and ran without issue. No other issues found.
