Upon arrival I installed a Iwave and informed the customer how to properly use the system and how to register it. System operational at the time of departure.
I provided a estimate for a Five Star Gas Furnace, Honeywell Programmable Thermostat and a Five Star Air Conditioner. Customer will let us know if they decide to accept the estimate and move forward.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a air conditioner that was not cooling a customers home properly. Upon arrival I discovered that there was a dirty filter in the system which I removed and the customer will replace. I replaced a blown capacitor that was found also, system was operational at the time of departure.
I provided a diagnostic service call on a unit that had a foul smell to it when coming on. Upon arrival I discovered that there was mold on the insulation of the evaporator coils. I recommended that the customer get install a I wave. Before departure I cleaned the mold off the coils nut this will not resolve the problem completely.
I provided a diagnostic service call on a ac unit that was making a loud noise. Upon arrival I discovered that the capacitor was blown. I replaced that and system was working at the time of departure.
I installed a Direct Drive Blower Motor w/Capacitor. System is operational upon departure.
I installed a surge protector. System is operational at this time.
I performed a diagnostic on a Carrier AC unit. I found the system to be low on refrigerant. I added refrigerant and the system is operational at this time.
I performed a service call on a Carrier AC unit. Upon arrival the customer explained their thermostat was displaying error codes. I found no problems with the unit. I suggested the customer to get a surge protector. System was operational upon departure.
I arrived on this service call to provide a leak search for refrigerant. I found the leak in the evaporator coil, informed customer about it and they chose not to repair the system at this time.
I did a half install on a Five Star Air Conditioning unit. This install included all the equipment to install the new unit and remove the old.
I provided a diagnostic service call and found the compressor overheating, found the fan motor locked up, contactor has a lot of wear and tear, will need preplaced soon. I recommended the customer replace the whole ac unit due to the age and condition of it.
I did a call back install on a on a unit that kept cooling the house below what the thermostat was set on and the ac unit was continually running. Upon arrival I discovered that the thermostat was set to heating, also that the R and Y wire wire touching in the wall and constantly causing the cooling to run constantly. I rewired the thermostat and did not find any other issues. System was operational at the time of departure.
I provided an estimate for a Carrier Air Conditioner. This estimate included everything needed for the install and removal of the old unit.
I performed a spring tune up and safety check on a air conditioning unit. There was not issues found and the system was operational at the time of departure.
