Upon arrival I discovered that there was a dirty filter in the system which I removed and the customer will replace. I replaced a blown capacitor that was found also, system was operational at the time of departure.

I recommended that the customer get install a I wave. Before departure I cleaned the mold off the coils nut this will not resolve the problem completely.

I did a call back install on a on a unit that kept cooling the house below what the thermostat was set on and the ac unit was continually running. Upon arrival I discovered that the thermostat was set to heating, also that the R and Y wire wire touching in the wall and constantly causing the cooling to run constantly. I rewired the thermostat and did not find any other issues. System was operational at the time of departure.
