Jimmie was very professional and prompt. He diagnosed the problem with my cooling system and after checking testing all working parts. He took time to explain the problem and how to prevent future problems. After he had the system working properly and I was completely satisfied, he went over important maintenance tips that I could do on my own to keep it running properly.
