Kerlin is an absolute dream to work with. He was my second plumber for the day. Silly me, I had a different company out and we politely dismissed them before they started any work and called world class pros instead. Upon arrival, Kerlin and Cameron dawned on foot booties and entered to hear my concerns. After showing him the bathroom toilet he said "It shouldn't be doing that, let us get in and take a look". OMG those words were like magic, no prejudgment, no scary sales pitch like the other guys. I was immediately at ease. The previous plumber immediately said (after viewing the toilet), I'll have to pull out the toilet and see what's in there. Well there was nothing in there and Kerlin didn't have to pull it out for a proper diagnosis. I had a couple of other plumbing concerns which Mr. Kerlin addressed in a spirit of joy. He kept me informed, gave me options and by the time they left I felt like I was his only customer. If you have to have plumbers out, why not have the kindest, most professional and knowledgeable guys from Dial One. THANK YOU Dial One
