Diamondback Air has helped us twice and we were more than pleased both times. They came to reassess a really scary and expensive diagnosis from another contractor. Thank god we called them because they were able to assure us that he was wrong, that a major component did NOT need to be replaced and they provided a much simpler solution that cost a fraction of what we were prepared to spend. The owner spent so much time explaining best practices and he really helped us understand what we should and should not be doing to extend the life of our unit. They were really honest when they didn't have to be and very informative at that. I will never call another company for our air conditioning needs!

Our air went out on Tuesday night, late.. So 1st thing Wed morning I called my regular air guy and left a message...I waited a few hours for a return call, but he never called. So I decided to look on the web for someone to come and check out our system. I call DIAMONDBACK AIR and spoke to a really nice guy who told me he could have someone out to my house in about an hour.....low and behold, 1 hour later, Barry was at my door....I was THRILLED he came over so quickly. He went on the roof to check out the problem....sadly we did need a new air conditioner, After all, ours was 19 years old. So we told him to go ahead.. I asked when they would be able to start the job....HE SAID HE WAS GOING ON THE ROOF TO START TAKING IT DOWN RIGHT THEN....AND AT 3:45 THE CRANE AND NEW UNIT WOULD BE THERE.....I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT....The owner stopped by 2 times that day to see if all was going well...IT WAS FANTASTIC... By 7:00 that night we had cold air... I can't thank them all enough...I told everyone at work how amazing this company is and gave out their number.... I will continue to use Diamondback air forever.....THANKS GUYS....YOU ARE THE BEST.....

The entire experience was GREAT. The initial visit was performed by the owner of the company and he provided a detailed and specific estimate on the work to be performed and the timeline to complete the work. He provided valuable recommendations and suggestions that would improve the overall performance of my entire HVAC system. The installers were professional and seemed to be well trained. The work was performed in the timeline as outlined in the estimate and the price did not change. Service tech came in and was 100% honest with me. He told me that blower needed a new capacitor but he would know how long the blower motor would last, well not 2 hrs after the blower motor died. Service tech came back next day and replaced blower motor and cleaned blower fans. Price was way better then expected and way better then the 1300 another company quoted. will definatly call DIAMONDBACK air back in the future.
