Just gotten back from vacation to find out my rental property was having AC issues. The management company had their AC people go out to check and gave an estimate of over $2000. Not a good way to come back from vacation. I contacted Diamondback Air, since they were the ones who installed the AC unit four years ago. John got right on it and had one of his guys go out and take a look. The Diamondback diagnosis was that nothing appeared wrong other than a loose valve, which was tightened. Diamondback gave the feeling that they took ownership in a unit they installed and had my best interest in mind. I asked the rental management company to please contact Diamondback with any future AC concerns on my property.

I was very happy with the service I received. From the beginning with an explanation of the existing problem to the install of a new unit. I was kept updated throughout the whole process regarding each step of the installation of the new unit. After doing some comparison shopping on new units I felt the price was very fair.
