Service call that the AC was not operating. Upon arrival set system to cooling to test. Found outdoor unit was intermittently coming on/off. Inspected Components and found Dual Capacitor had failed. Installed a new 35/5 Mfd Dual Capacitor to test system. Inspected wiring at outdoor unit to ensure it was in good condition due to signs of mouse presence in the control panel. Put unit in operation and System started and ran with no issues. Measured Voltage and Amp Draw on Compressor. Measured refrigerant charge on system. System is operating to standards.
