Found that the customer has been having issues with water coming down through theceiling from the air handler. Found that after looking over System, found that the drain was not pitched away from the air hander ( took photos) . Also would recommend having an eztrap installed on drain it self to shut down the system before water overflows the evaporator coil pan. Drain would need re ran to a different location to get proper pitch away from the air handler. If this could not be achieved, air handler would need to be raised up to create more fall away from the air handler. Also found that insulation inside the air handler was wet from water not draining away from system. One other recommendation I would make is to also check static pressure readings at air handler.
