Service call that the Air Handler in the Attic was dripping water into the Condensation Pan. Upon arrival spoke with homeowners and found water damage on their living room ceiling. Proceeded to the Attic to inspect system. Found unit was pitched slightly to the back of the unit causing water to leak out the back. Pitched unit towards the Drain Pan. After issasembling the Unit, found the Primary Drain Pan for the Coil was extremely rusted and water was leaking through. Due to the Age of the system 5/1992, recommend replacement of the entire system. Unit will continue to leak into the Auxilary Drain Pan if it is in operation. The office will call and schedule a time for Joe to come out for an Estimate.
