Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Carrier Gas Fired Furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter provided by Homeowner. Inspected Electrical Components on Furnace. Cleaned Furnace Drain Lines and Condensation Pump. The Exhaust Pipe was leaking at a joint between two 45 Degree Fittings. Used Clear Silicone to seal Joint. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. While testing the Furnace, foundthe Temperature Split between Supply and Return Air was around 70 Degrees. Fan Speed for Heat was set to Medium. Increased Fan Speed to Medium High and retested. Supply Temperature dropped and temperature split was measured at 57 Degrees. We will call to confirm the Scheduling for Monday when we will return to install the New IAQ Thermostat, Room Sensor, and Gateway Redlink. Prestige IAQ Honeywell model including gateway for internet connection. And Annual Maintenance Agreement.
