Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Air Handler/AC System. Replaced 24x24x1 Air Filter. Cleared Condensation Drain Pipe and Auxiliary Drain Pan Pipe. Tested operation of Auxiliary Pan Float Switch. While inspecting Electrical Components on System, found Blower Capacitor testing below rating. Also found Dual Capacitor for Outdoor Unit was excessively rusted and in poor condition. Spoke with Homeowner about issues with Capacitors. Installed a new 10 Mfd Blower Motor Capacitor for the Air Handler. Installed a new 60/5 Mfd Dual Capacitor for the Outdoor Unit. Found Outdoor Unit Coil Dirty with Lint from nearby Dryer Vent. Washed Outdoor Unit with Water to clean Coil. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Spoke with Homeowner about installation of an EZ Trap and Wet Switch for the Attic Air Handler. There is a Float Switch Installed on the Auxiliary Pan but the Wet Switch is a more effective Device to detect water in the Drain Pan. The Condensation Drain Pipe currently has no safety devic
