Returned to site to install new Control Board. Turned Power off to system and removed the old Control Board. Mounted new Control Board and made all wiring connections. Reviewed Dip-Switch settings on system and set all Dip-Switches. Reviewed Wiring on system and put system in operation. Checked Pressure Switch Tubing. Tested system in Heating and Cooling Modes to insure that it was running properly. System Was responding to the thermostat properly and is operating to standards at this time. While inspecting system, found Reme Halo Air Cleaner was not operating. Checked unit and verified that it was receiving proper voltage. Would recommend replacement of the Cell Membrane on unit. Reme recommends replacement of cell membrane every 2 Years for optimal performance. Homeowner has purchased new Cell and is going to replace. After testing system, found the Fan was continuing to run between cycles. The thermostat was not calling for Fan but was receiving 24V signal at the Board on the G
