Checked no heat complaint, found heat pump locked out. Customer has no idea when or how long the lockout occurred. Accidentally cleared code. Lockouts reset and the heat pump started. Checked refrigerant charge ok. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections. Performed quality check. Not sue why mini split lockout out. If it lockouts again we need to get code.
