Found after talking to customer that the system was more than likely low on charge. First checked that there was adequate water pressure in the geo water loop. Had 45 psi on the inlet side which is good. Found oil around air coil in water furnace geothermal. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 193/66. System is low on charge. Started to call around to locate part. Will need to get back to customer after coil is located with a repair quote.
