Replacement of indoor txv, removed refrigerant, change txv, pressure test unit, triple evacuation, and re charge unit. After new txv started unit and ran for 45 mins check performance and found an issue with evaporator coil, it’s an N coil bottom portion of coil is not getting any airflow, system was installed last summer, looking at the installation manual some brackets needed to be added for proper coil location, as right now unit unit is cooling with 15 degrees delta, I will talk to manager to see what we can do for customer. Pan needs to be placed in the right position.
