Had previously been onsite for a No AC Call. Had found the system was completely out of Refrigerant. Spoke with manager about issue, and had to wait for approval to move forward. Returned to site to Pressure Test system with Nitrogen to determine source of Leak. After filling system with 300 PSI of Nitrogen found the leak was coming from a Connection in the Outdoor Coil. Due to the source of the leak being in the coil repairing the leak, may not be possible, and/or costs effective. We will research the Warranty information of the Condensing Unit to see if it is still covered. We will follow up with pricing/options for repairing/replacing after we are able to obtain the Warranty information.
