Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on both Systems. Replaced Air Filters on the system for the Main Room. Air Filters were clean for the second system. While testing systems, found the Carrier system for the Main Room was shutting on and off on low Pressure Cut Off. Refrigerant pressures were very low. Also found coil to be dirty and Blower Belt was dry and starting to crack. Recommend Cleaning Coil and replacing the Blower Motor Belt. Once complete, we can recheck the Refrigerant Charge and add Refrigerant as needed. Please review video attached to the Form 1 Checklist of the System Charge to see the system cycling on/off. The York system for the smaller office room is measuring low on Refrigerant. The Capacitor for the Blower Motor is also Testing below Rating. Please see attached estimate for recommended repairs on both systems.
